    Raspberry ketone glucoside is the extract of raspberry fruit, raspberry ketone (raspberry ketone) sugar first compound.     A 70% ethanolic extract of raspberry leaves had significant antithrombotic effects in vivo in vitro tests, and isolated kaempferol, quercetin, and lindenoside significantly delayed plasma recalcification time (PRT) in blood.

     

    Antidiabetic

    Raspberry extract raspberry ketone 200, 400, 800mg/kg continuous gavage for 20 days can significantly control the fasting blood glucose level of diabetic mice, reduce the area under the blood glucose curve, the high dose group can significantly increase the serum insulin level, repair the pancreatic islet pathological changes, and increase insulin expression in pancreatic islet B cells. Raspberry extract 2g/kg by continuous gavage for 12 weeks could reduce fasting blood glucose and blood lipids, attenuate insulin resistance, and reduce hepatocyte steatosis in diabetic rats.

     

    Antioxidant

    Crude extract of raspberry glycoprotein significantly enhanced catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities in serum, liver, and brain tissues of mice with some reducing ability and effectively scavenged hydroxyl radicals (-OH), superoxide anion radicals (O2--) and DPPH radicals, which had significant antioxidant effects. Raspberry crude polysaccharides and purified polysaccharides have strong scavenging ability for oxygen radicals.

     

    Raspberry ethanol extract, ethyl acetate site, and n-butanol site also showed significant scavenging ability against DPPH radicals. Their semi-inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were 17.9, 3.4 and 4.0 μg/mL, respectively, and kaempferol, vanillic acid and lindenoside isolated from them had strong scavenging abilities. The aqueous extract of raspberry protected primary rat hepatocytes against tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP)-induced oxidative contingency, significantly limiting the reduction in cell viability.
