Crude extract of raspberry glycoprotein significantly enhanced catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities in serum, liver, and brain tissues of mice with some reducing ability and effectively scavenged hydroxyl radicals (-OH), superoxide anion radicals (O2--) and DPPH radicals, which had significant antioxidant effects.
